Report Sex Discrimination or File a Title IX Complaint:
Reports or complaints of conduct that may constitute sex discrimination under Title IX may be made at any time, including during non-business hours, by contacting the Title IX Coordinator by phone, email, or mail, or by using the fill out an incident report (available on this website by clicking: [Campus] –> Parents and Students –> Incident Report).
