Highbury Carpool Procedures

Please read these instructions carefully to ensure our drop off and dismissal are safe and smooth.

Morning Drop Off

• Time: 7:30-7:55
• Class starts promptly at 8:00
• Two locations:
• Carpool lane (drive through the parking lot)
• Corporate Park Dr. (only drop off south of the school
• If you use the carpool lane, please pull forward and have your child exit the vehicle as soon as the car stops along the front sidewalk (do not wait until you are right in front of the doors or the carpool lane will become very slow)
• Please do not double park or stop in the lane of traffic to drop off students
• Please do not drop off on the other side of the street, even if you are walking your student
• Please do drive slowly and use caution!

Afternoon Pick Up

• Time: 3:00-3:30 (carpool numbers will be entered between 3:00-3:20)
• Two locations:
• Carpool lane (drive through the parking lot)
• Corporate Park Dr. – park and wait for your student
• Please have your NEW Carpool # (it changes every year; check your email) clearly displayed through your front windshield
  
• Please do not park on the other side of the street, even if you are walking with your student
• PLEASE NOTE: Parents who do not pick up students by 3:45 will be charged a fine to cover staffing costs associated with late supervision
• To ensure student safety, please use awareness and drive slowly as you exit
