Background and experience includes lobby and legal work with special focus on Constitutional law, Environmental Natural Resources law, Election and Political Campaign law, Campaign Finance Reform, and Business law, Issue advocacy, and Grass Roots.  Consulting Services include strategic advice, research, legal policy council for state, county, and city boards, as well as State Legislative and Congressional candidates.  Previously held public offices in Oregon, and currently serves on many local committees with focus on community outreach. Resident of Utah for 4 years. Volunteers for the Great Salt Lake Council and Scouts BSA and a New Unit Commissioner. Hobbies include knitting, piano and violin, camping and hiking in the back country and spending time with her family.  She's been married for 20 years to husband Tim, and  together they have 5 children. Former home-school parent. Currently 2 of her 5 children are enrolled at Monticello Academy.  She is a huge supporter of charter school education with expressed interest in fine arts, foreign language, and higher education.
